2 months on - and there is progress

So it's mid-October and it seems a lifetime from when we first bought the land. Lots of investigation since then. Most importantly we think we've found an excellent demolition company who understands how important it is to us that all the neighbours are affected as little as possible. He starts work at the beginning of November. Very exciting !

We've had a great visit to the Green Show in Swindon where we found out about some amazing new technologies for energy usage and use of renewables.

We've also been doing the paperwork - so much paperwork.....but Melanie now has it all filed and in control.

Our next step is to engage a design and build contractor to build to our specifications and in a timely and friendly manner. Shouldn't be a problem .....should it ?
