We purchased the site as a row of single storey retail units, some of which had been vacant for many years, with one last being occupied in 2014.

The site lies between residential properties in St Paul’s Street to the west and a block of modern flats and apartments to the east.

The site already had planning consent which we decided to leave unchanged.

Demolition got under way in November 2016 and building started in earnest in February 2017.

Completion is expected May/June 2018
